- We ensure that there is uniform communication across the above mentioned Digital Platforms and if required will sync/replicate the Offline Communication and Campaigns on to the Digital Media
MONTHLY FEES:
The Client shall pay Butterbee Marketing Solutions PTY (Ltd) a monthly sum totalling the package of their choice, to reflect in the bank account of Butterbee Marketing Solutions PTY (Ltd) by no later than the last business day of each month, during the Term of this Agreement. All payments are due up-front before any work can be done as digital marketing packages work on an up-front payment basis.
In addition to the same any other platform application development and media buys on any social media platform are exclusive of the monthly retainer fee.
It is understood that failure to make the relevant payment by the due date by The Client, will result in Butterbee Marketing Solutions PTY (Ltd) placing it’s services on hold until such time as the full amount due is received. The Client further understands that time lost due to unpaid fees are time lost, meaning no digital media campaigns/posts will be done during this time with no discounts given by Butterbee Marketing Solutions PTY (Ltd) in lieu of the agreed upon fees due.
Remuneration to the Publishers (Google, Facebook, Instagram) will be paid by The Client. All payments to Butterbee Marketing Solutions PTY (Ltd) are to made via EFT
